Advanced Environmental Consultants, Inc. (AEC) has completed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) Jackson’s Brownfield Project.

The King Edward Hotel is approximately 300,000 square feet and is located at 235 West Capitol Street, Jackson, Hinds County, Mississippi. The target property built in 1923 and was renovated and restored by 2009.
